Returns
Eligibility: You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund.

Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges
Policy: If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process above, and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund based on your preference.
